About the Role

Crio.Do is expanding its sales team in Bangalore & Chennai and hiring a Business Development Associate. As a BDA, you will drive growth by assisting prospective learners in making informed career decisions. You will engage with qualified leads, understand their learning and career goals, recommend appropriate programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Location: Bangalore & Chennai (Office-based)
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6-day work week

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Guide IT professionals on upskilling paths aligned with their career goals.
• Lead Nurturing: Convert leads through engagement via webinars, demos, and expert sessions.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to meet targets.
