Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and other outreach channels.
• Connect with international students and understand their accommodation requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Recommend suitable student accommodation options based on individual customer needs.
• Guide customers throughout the booking journey and effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and availability, keeping customer experience at the core of every interaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers to convert opportunities into successful bookings.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking, onboarding, and customer support experience.
• Stay updated on student accommodation markets, university locations, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns while maintaining a strong focus on conversion and customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Sales orientation with the ability to follow up, negotiate, and close opportunities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and customer-focused environment.
• Prior experience in student accommodation, overseas education, study abroad, education consulting, international student services, hospitality, or the hotel industry is an added advantage.
