About the Role
We are looking for alert, fair-minded Content Moderators to review content on our platform and make sure it follows company guidelines. You will help keep the platform safe, respectful and trustworthy for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review content on the platform as per company guidelines.
- Identify content that violates platform policies and take timely action.
- Escalate sensitive or serious cases to the Team Lead.
- Maintain accurate records of reviewed cases and actions taken.
- Review user complaints and share insights to help improve guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods.
- Sound judgement and composure when making quick decisions.
- Comfortable viewing sensitive content as part of the job.
- Comfortable working 6 days rotational and night shifts.
- Prior experience in content moderation or trust and safety is a plus.
