Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor reconciliations
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies
• Manage GST-related accounting and reconciliations
• Maintain accounts and transactions in Tally/Tally Prime
• Prepare MIS and financial reports using MS Excel
• Perform ledger and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, or pet care.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and work toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using basic CRM tools or sales tracking systems, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling customer orders accurately.
• Interest in or familiarity with pet products and pet care trends; willingness to learn about new product lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.
