About the Role
- IntouchCX is hiring for an International Chat Process.
- Walk-in interviews are available.
- Freshers are eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Rotational shifts.
- 2 rotational offs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, International Chat Support, or BPO Operations.
Communication will be exclusively through official IntouchCX channels.
