About the Role
- Full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Support data-driven products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and preprocess data.
- Select appropriate algorithms.
- Train and validate models.
- Optimize model performance for production environments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement scalable architectures.
- Document models and workflows.
- Continuously monitor model performance.
- Research emerging AI/ML techniques.
- Contribute to improvements in the overall data and analytics ecosystem.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms.
- Ability to design efficient and scalable solutions.
- Applied knowledge of Statistics and Pattern Recognition.
- Experience working with Neural Networks.
- Experience with modern machine learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, including data preprocessing, transformation, and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to model reliability, fairness, and performance.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
