Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically enthusiastic fresher to join our Technical Operations team. The role involves device testing, programming and configuration, inventory management, documentation and quality checks before dispatch to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and verify the functionality of electronic and home automation devices.
• Program and configure devices based on project requirements.
• Maintain inventory records, stock movements and device allocations.
• Perform quality checks and ensure devices are ready for dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain testing reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams.
• Identify and report defective devices, testing issues, and stock discrepancies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic fundamentals.
• Interest in electronics, device testing, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and Word.
• Good observation, documentation, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow technical procedures.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
• Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• 20,000 per month: Standard offer for a suitable candidate.
• 22,000 per month: For candidates demonstrating strong practical skills during the technical assessment.
• The final offer will depend on the candidates practical skills and performance during the selection process.
