About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about search engine optimization, keyword research, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and search trends.
- Assist in on-page SEO activities, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URL optimization.
- Perform basic website audits and identify SEO improvement opportunities.
- Assist with off-page SEO activities, including backlink building and link-building strategies.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
- Work with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
- Research competitors and analyze their SEO strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO.
- Good written communication and research skills.
- Basic knowledge of website content and HTML is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Search and SEO tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field may apply.
- Freshers with a strong interest in SEO and digital marketing are welcome.
- Candidates who have completed an SEO course or personal SEO projects will have an added advantage.
