About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based in the Pune Division. The Admission Counselor will interact with prospective learners, explain course offerings, and guide them through the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment. The counselor will work towards admission targets while providing a positive, informative experience to all prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling walk-ins and calls.
• Conducting counseling sessions.
• Understanding learner goals.
• Recommending suitable programs.
• Maintaining accurate records in admission systems.
• Coordinating with training and placement teams.
• Supporting outreach activities such as events and information sessions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work with basic office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Ability to collaborate with academic and placement teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills.
• Customer Service skills.
• Sales skills.
• Education-related understanding to explain IT training pathways, program structures, and career outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to education or counseling, is beneficial.
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education services is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Learner-centric mindset.
• Willingness to upskill.
