About the Role
Pella Windows & Doors by Gunton Corporation is seeking motivated, competitive, recent college graduates for its Business Development Program. This 6–12 month program is designed to train driven individuals into successful B2B Sales Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Team, you will work directly with builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies in your local market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making 80+ outbound calls/touchpoints per day to build your sales pipeline.
- Researching and qualifying accounts in your assigned territory.
- Mastering Pella products, the construction industry, and Gunton’s proven sales process.
- Building and delivering compelling value propositions.
- Managing customer information using our CRM system.
- Riding along with experienced outside sales reps to learn field sales, relationship-building, and product installation.
- Visiting local permit offices monthly to identify new construction opportunities.
- Developing professional sales skills.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- A recent bachelor's degree graduate or graduating by January 2027.
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Excited about starting a career in professional sales.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry sales tools up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales internship or leadership experience.
- Interest in construction, real estate, or building products.
Compensation
- Base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Average first-year earning potential: $65,000 - $120,000.
- Top performers on the Outside Sales team may earn $200,000+ annually.
