Key Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert behind the scenes.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Gain guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish community relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn to always put customers first.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas:
- Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
- Customer service: in a sales industry (i.e., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
- Leadership role: in the military, clubs, or organizations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
