  • Write well-engineered solutions using test-first and test-driven approaches.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully across the development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and code review, while applying your own judgment and verifying the results.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing systems, including operational support for components your team owns (on-call availability as needed).
  • Work alongside other engineers to raise the bar on design, coding standards, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of your team, in the spirit of the Agile Manifesto and SAFe.

  • Coursework, internships, and personal projects all count.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience, including internships or co-ops.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in React and modern web development fundamentals.

  • DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated deployment.
  • Experience designing and consuming web services, including API versioning, microservices, and service-oriented patterns.
  • Familiarity with performance testing strategies and tools.
  • Prior experience on an Agile team, ideally in a SAFe environment.
