About the Role
Amentum is seeking systems engineering professionals to support systems and software development for the Navy and Marine Corps at Dahlgren, VA and Quantico, VA. You will join a growing systems & software engineering team and contribute to diverse skillsets across multiple contracts supporting Centers of Excellence. This role is for individuals eager to solve complex Digital Engineering challenges. The degree of telecommuting availability varies per position and customer. Schedule is predominantly standard workday, but flexibility may be required for surge efforts or events. Some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Software and Software Infrastructure support to Navy Projects in an Agile environment.
- Perform trade studies to identify direction on infrastructure improvements.
- Leverage MBSE and IBM DOORS for the cataloging of information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0 to 3 years of experience with C, C++, and/or Assembly.
- Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance.
- US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.
