About the Role
Synapse XTL is hiring a Strategic Pre-sales & Market Intelligence Associate.
Location: Indore (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Research: Track emerging tech trends, lead R&D efforts on industry insights, map competitive positioning, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Client Outreach & Pitch Decks: Draft high-converting CXO emails, LinkedIn sequences, and compelling sales decks.
- Proposals & Enablement: Assist with bespoke proposals, SOWs, account research, and CRM tracking.
- Executive Projects: Drive special strategic initiatives and R&D projects alongside top leadership.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Highly proactive mindset with a strong research-oriented and analytical approach.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills to interact with leadership and clients.
- Aggressive drive to meet objectives, uncover new opportunities, and stay ahead of tech trends.
- Strong grasp of enterprise tech concepts, R&D methodologies, and business ROI.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Tech, Engineering, or related fields.
