Medical Laboratory Technician/Hematology

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and document analytical hematology procedures following standard operating protocols.
• Review data to ensure results meet quality standards and escalate any anomalies.
• Prepare and upload data analysis results into Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Support quality investigations and mentor entry-level staff on routine procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and laboratory experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with laboratory techniques, automation, and Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Competency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling.
