About the Role
Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistants (NAs) interested in becoming Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Paid training is provided to develop the skills needed to become a CNA while gaining hands-on experience in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
- Participate in required CNA training and competency evaluations.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care guidelines.
Resident care duties are assigned according to training, competency, and applicable regulations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Paid CNA Training provided.
- No previous healthcare experience required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to complete CNA training and certification requirements.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
