Recruiter

About the Role

• Entry level Recruiter position supporting hard-to-fill technical and data center openings.
• Part of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Location: Herndon, Virginia (100% onsite).
• Contract: 12 Months.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute robust search strategies using tools like Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.
• Provide sourcing insights, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Manage high volume candidate calls (50–100 per day) while maintaining a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Document sourcing plans, track deliverables, timelines, and metrics to support pipeline health for technical and data center roles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or sourcing in an agency or corporate environment.
• Understanding of recruitment processes for cleared/security clearance candidates.
• Understanding of recruitment practices and experience using Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
• Ability to handle high volume daily calls and maintain accuracy and follow-through.
• Motivated and driven with an eagerness to learn and grow.

• Bachelors degree required.
