About the Role
This role involves attracting, evaluating, and referring candidates for part-time medical and dental positions, with a specific focus on recruiting for RHRP events that are confirmed 7-10 days in advance, requiring a 2-week turnaround for filling open positions in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. The position also includes support for projects of limited complexity and participation in daily meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for part-time medical and dental positions using recruiting and sourcing methods such as social media, employee referrals, cold calling, institutional partnerships, college/universities, and professional associations.
- Develop job advertisements and screen resumes/applications.
- Contact candidates to ascertain fit and schedule interviews.
- Educate candidates on the intricacies of military readiness events.
- Extend offers and negotiate compensation.
- Fulfill staffing needs in a timely manner, prior to events.
- Work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
- Attend daily meetings to assess staffing needs.
- Post hiring ads to all necessary platforms.
- Manage candidate inquiries and applications through PAYLOCITY and other relevant platforms.
- Strive to meet key metrics.
- Exhibit urgency in filling open positions within the RHRP timeframe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Up to 2 years of related experience or sales experience.
