Role Overview

This position involves independently displaying and stocking products, processing financial transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience while adhering to safety and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, checks, and loyalty programs.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking store products.
• Operate the cash register, promote store programs, and maintain a clean service area.
• Ensure correct product identification, pricing, and signage; communicate store promotions to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support stocking on sales floors, coolers, and back rooms, following safety guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks across departments as needed to enhance customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or related experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic abilities.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
