About the Role
Trinity Health Grand Rapids 7 Main is a 47-bed unit serving a general medical/surgical population, specializing in orthopedic and trauma care. The unit manages a variety of diagnoses, including elective joints and trauma. This is a Magnet designated facility with active shared decision-making councils.

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse - RN works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care using evidenced-based medicine and individualized patient care. The role involves facilitating all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide evidenced-based medicine and individualized patient care.
- Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
- Licensed in the State of Michigan.
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
- Experience as an RN is required. New graduates must apply through the Residency program.
Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
- If ADN and hired in Grand Rapids, must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete within 4 years of hire.
- Specialty credentials preferred according to clinical nursing practice specialty.
