About the Role
As a Guest Services Associate at Kauai Coast Resort at Beach Boy, your role is to ensure guests have memorable vacations from registration to checkout. You will provide hospitality by sharing resort and local information, offering room rate quotes, and confirming reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly.
- Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and provide resort and area information.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately according to procedures.
- Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money.
- Complete checkout procedures and verify guest folio charges and credits.
- Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
- Provide guests with room rate quotes.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to guest inquiries and concerns.
