Warehouse Support, SRA

About the Role

Buffalo Rock Company is seeking a Warehouse Support member to join their Warehouse Operations team. This role is responsible for providing general support to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general services to Operations Management.
• Assist in the handling of product returned to the warehouse.
• Assist in the handling and rework of damaged product.
• Assist in general housekeeping functions within the warehouse, offices, and grounds.
• Assist in the generation of documents used in the loading process as requested.
• Assist in the movement of vehicles in and out of the warehouse, if authorized.
• Verify picked orders before product is loaded onto truck.
• Assist warehouse loaders as requested.
• Follow all safety guidelines as required by management.
• Wear all assigned safety equipment and observe safety rules.
• Complete other activities assigned by supervisor.
• Exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct.
• Engage in continuous self-improvement through provided training.
• Take reasonable precautions to protect the Company from damages, theft, or liabilities.
• Take reasonable precautions to protect the safety of employee-partners, self, customers, Buffalo Rock property, and customer property.
• Honor and follow through on all business commitments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working conditions include inside and outside environments with varying temperatures, and exposure to rain or snow.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including slip-resistant shoes and any other required PPE.
• All tasks are physically demanding and labor-intensive.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and climb up and downstairs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and warm environment.
• Vision: Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) - Preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary.
• Certifications and Licenses:
• Must be able to be forklift certified through Buffalo Rock.
• Valid Driver License for state of residence with a good driving record - Preferred.
• Other Skills:
• Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematics, and communicate clearly.
• Basic knowledge of equipment/tools needed for essential tasks.
