Retail Management Trainee

About the Role

• Participate in a hands-on Retail Management Training Program.
• Support store operations and management.
• Develop leadership skills to prepare for future store management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee performance, disciplinary actions, and communication with staff.
• Engage in various store departments, including merchandise receiving, inventory control, and pricing activities.
• Conduct store walk-throughs and support HR processes and associate recruitment.
• Contribute to support activities such as ecommerce shipping, stock management, and BOPUS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store).

Qualifications & Skills

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to relocate upon program completion (relocation assistance available).
