About the Role
Trinity Health Grand Rapids 7 Main is a 47-bed unit that primarily serves a general medical/surgical population, specializing in orthopedic and trauma care. Applicants can expect to see a wide variety of diagnoses, including elective joints and trauma. This is a full-time position on the Night Shift, working 3 x 12-hour shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent patient care in a collaborative environment as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide evidenced-based medicine and individualized patient care.
- Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
- BSN preferred.
- If in Grand Rapids with an ADN, must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete within 4 years of hire.
- Experience as an RN required.
- New graduates must apply through the Residency program.
- Specialty credentials preferred according to clinical nursing practice specialty.
