About the Role
Caregiver's Home Solutions (CHS) is seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to join their family-owned, award-winning home care agency. CHS is looking for individuals who are reliable, kind, and ready to provide heartfelt care, making a real difference in people's lives. Opportunities are available in Bridgeport, Trumbull, and Stratford with flexible schedules, same-day pay, and weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily living skills including grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises.
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping duties.
- Offering companionship and social engagement to clients.
- Keeping detailed notes of care provided and any client changes.
- Providing transportation for appointments and errands.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Homemakers
- Companions
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a national background check.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Ability to assist with personal hygiene tasks.
- Willingness to prepare and cook healthy meals.
- Ability to perform basic housekeeping duties.
Additional Qualifications (A big plus):
- Experience with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment.
- Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Bilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Creole).
