Job Title: Test Associate

Location: Tempe, Arizona (fully onsite)

Pay Range: $15.50

About the Role

Join the QA team supporting quality assurance efforts across assigned features and systems in the interactive entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a continuous-learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for assigned features or systems.
• Create, update, and maintain test cases and related documentation.
• Log clear, reproducible bugs, verify fixes, and report issues according to established standards.
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
• Identify process or testing gaps and contribute to continuous improvement across the QA workflow.
• Must be comfortable working with AI.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Basic PC usage/troubleshooting experience (building your own PC is a plus).
• Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
• Interest in interactive technology, software, or gaming industries.
• Prior QA/testing experience preferred but not required.
• Clear communication.
• Continuous-learning mindset.
