Warehouse Order Selector

About the Role

Sysco is immediately hiring Warehouse Order Selectors. This is an active, physical role where you will be a critical member of the foodservice supply chain, picking orders for delivery to local foodservice venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Organize and palletize product to build customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work in a safe environment, including areas with temperature and humidity variations (non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen).

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0 – 1 Year relevant work experience.
• Ability to frequently lift product weighing 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs.
• Ability to frequently reach up to 72 inches.
• Ability to constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, and retrieving products from lower shelf areas.
• Ability to work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer).
• Ability to work on your feet for 10 – 12 hours daily.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift (preferred).
• 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience (preferred).
• 1 year Selection Experience (preferred).
• 2 years consistent work history (preferred).
