Recruiter/Sales Trainee

About the Role

Actalent is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to join their team and help advance the careers of skilled professionals. The role involves building trusted relationships with networks of engineering and sciences consultants under the Actalent brand, or corporate professionals under the Aston Carter brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests for alignment.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for new roles.
• Perform critical relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining contact for satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships with the network of professionals to be seen as a partner in career advancement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
