Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated fresher to support IT infrastructure, internal IT projects, AI initiatives, and automation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with IT projects, software testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Support AI projects, automation tools, and AI-based applications.
- Provide basic IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, software, and network issues.
- Assist with user account management, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and IT asset management.
- Support system administration, security compliance, and employee onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Maintain issue logs, update project/task trackers, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Learn and implement new technologies under senior team guidance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Interest in AI, automation, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud platforms, or AI tools will be an advantage.
