Role: Counselling Trainee (Remote)
About the Role
LawSikho is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as a Counselling Trainee. This is a 100% remote role, perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. This position is not for experienced sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.
- Engage with decision makers.
- Do persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through LawSikho’s Courses.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- This role requires strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic Tech comfort.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year.
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch.
Compensation, Perks & Training
- Training Period: 45-90 days (online)
- Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR
- Post-Training: Upon successful completion
- Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month + Up to ₹30,000 Incentives
- This is a 100% remote opportunity.
Work Schedule
- Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM (with 1–2 hr break)
- Weekly Offs: Friday and Saturday (5 days working)
