Associate Product Manager

About the Role

• Join a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company as part of its first India product team.
• You will own discovery calls, write specifications, and oversee feature development, typically within one to two sprints.
• This role involves understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and working collaboratively with design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in customer calls and review support tickets to identify product shortcomings.
• Translate identified issues into written problem statements and rough specifications.
• Collaborate with a designer and 2-3 engineers to build and ship features.
• Define "done" for features by identifying the key metrics they should impact and tracking them post-launch.
• Conduct competitor teardowns, write release notes, and perform onboarding flow QA.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-3 years of experience, with a preference for exposure to a B2B or SaaS product (internships are considered).
• Sharp, structured written communication skills for clear specifications and updates.
• Basic comfort with data tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, or a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly.
• Genuine curiosity about user behavior.
• A reliable remote-work setup.
