About the Role
Data Dividend is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Bengaluru. This role involves being the company's representative to business owners and managing recording days.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet owners of factories and workshops who have agreed to a visit.
- Explain the project clearly in Kannada and English, and secure site agreements.
- Manage recording days:
- Fit head-worn cameras on workers.
- Collect forms.
- Review footage against client specifications at the start and after the first hour.
- Remain on-site for the entire duration of the recording day.
- Upload footage on the same day.
- Report daily hours and notes to the team.
- Plan weekly visits with owners via phone and ensure the daily schedule remains on track.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English and Kannada proficiency.
- Familiarity with cameras, a laptop, and Google Drive.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid license.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- A degree from a reputable college in any field.
- Enjoy meeting people and building rapport quickly with business owners.
- Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu proficiency is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
