Telecaller – Real Estate | ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
About the Role
Home Locator helps Bangalore home buyers find the right property with top developers like Prestige, Brigade, Lodha and Sobha. As a Telecaller, you’re the first voice a buyer hears from us. You’ll call interested buyers, understand what they need, and book site visits for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call buyers who have shown interest in our projects
- Understand their budget, location, BHK and timeline
- Share project details clearly and honestly
- Book site visits and pass qualified leads to the sales team
- Follow up with every lead until it closes or is dropped
- Update all calls and follow-ups in the CRM
- Hit daily calling and site-visit targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent spoken English, plus Kannada or Hindi
- Comfortable making 100+ calls a day
- Basic computer and Excel skills
- Able to join within 15 days
Qualifications
- Good to have: 6+ months in telecalling, telesales or real estate
- Freshers: Apply only if you’re confident on the phone. Expect a voice test in the first round.
Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Travel & Medical Allowance
