The Work
- Listen to recorded conversations between a person and an AI voice agent.
- Rate each agent turn on two criteria: what it said and how it sounded.
- Provide a short, written justification for each rating in your own words.
What We're Looking For
- A good ear for American English, noticing subtle voice issues (robotic patches, voice identity shifts, incorrect pacing, wrong word stress).
- Real listening comprehension for fast, casual, and overlapping speech.
- Ability to provide defensible opinions and specific written justifications for weak responses.
- Original writing; AI-generated justifications will be rejected.
- Willingness to identify and label issues accurately.
Terms
- Pay: 25000/month, depending on output.
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract.
- Commitment: 8 hours a day.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Location: Fully remote.
