About the Role
The Senior Video Editor is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that supports Kheewa’s business development and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire post-production process, including assembling raw footage, applying edits, synchronizing audio, and enhancing visual quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to understand project goals.
- Create storyboards.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Color grading.
- Adding motion graphics and visual effects.
- Creating graphics assets.
- Optimizing videos for various digital platforms.
- Maintain organized project files.
- Manage timelines.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve content impact and audience engagement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Experience leading end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of digital content formats, social media platforms, and best practices for video distribution.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing professional video editing work.
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
