Key Responsibilities
- Provide Family Medicine practice, caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Manage your patient panel and develop patient relationships.
- Full-time schedule (1.0 FTE): 34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours per week.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
- Must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
- Passionate about community health and family medicine.
- Committed to working with underserved patient populations.
