About the Role

• Full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai.
• Flexibility for some work-from-home days.
• Gain hands-on exposure to creative workflows, creative processes, and client-facing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creative team with concept development and brainstorming sessions.
• Assist with pitch decks.
• Conduct research.
• Contribute to concepts.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings.
• Team communication and coordination.
• Coordinate edit studios.
• Communicate and coordinate with the larger team and talent.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate strong creativity skills, including idea generation, visual thinking, and concept development.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and present ideas confidently.
• Basic proficiency and understanding of the filmmaking process.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Open to students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals from any discipline with a strong creative portfolio or samples of work.
