About the Role
MediFit Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Guest Relationship Executives (GRE) for full-time, permanent positions in Bangalore and Hyderabad. We are expanding our front-line team to serve as brand ambassadors and lead hospitality operations at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- First-Class Hospitality: Greet corporate guests and members with a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Member Onboarding: Oversee member registrations, front desk check-ins, and ensure seamless onboarding workflows.
- Facility Operations: Address guest inquiries regarding gym facilities, spa offerings, services, membership packages, and class schedules.
- Administrative Management: Maintain member records, track attendance, and compile guest feedback using Google Sheets and internal Gym Management Software ERPs.
- Quality & Safety Enforcement: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for cleanliness standards and communicate gym safety rules.
- Resolution Management: Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: Previous background in premium customer service, hospitality, front office operations, or fitness/wellness sectors is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient with Google Workspace applications (Google Sheets) and adaptable to internal gym management systems.
- Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Value-Adds: A current First Aid/CPR certification is a strong competitive advantage.
