About the Role
We are looking for motivated, target-driven professionals to engage with prospective students and working professionals, counsel them on educational programs and international career opportunities, and drive enrollments. The role involves lead management, consultative selling, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms.
- Counsel candidates on educational programs, admissions, and overseas career opportunities in Germany and Japan.
- Promote relevant training programs, including German language courses.
- Manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Conduct online counselling sessions and program presentations as required.
- Coordinate with admissions, operations, and training teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong candidate relationships and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Strong sales orientation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation, follow-ups, and sales funnel management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Experience
- Business Development Executive: 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, admissions, or business development. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Senior Learning Consultant: 3–7 years of experience in B2C sales, consultative selling, or business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Experience in EdTech, educational counselling, overseas career guidance, or professional training will be an added advantage.
