Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role
- Location: Noida, Sector 135
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Budget: Up to 4.20 LPA
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)
- Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).
- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics.
Qualifications
- HSC / Graduate
- Freshers can also apply.

- Domain Knowledge: BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service
- Communication: Very Good Communication
