About the Role

This position is for frontline sales personnel responsible for retail business growth in a defined territory. The role involves creating, nurturing, and managing a dealer network and stakeholders, including contractors, to achieve overall business value and volume targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly plans to achieve assigned business objectives and targets for the territory.
• Assist dealers in achieving their sales targets through regular visits, scheme communication, and timely material service.
• Monitor and ensure the growth of core products, as well as new and focused products.
• Explore and open new dealer counters to expand sustainable sales potential in the territorial market.
• Analyze territory-level data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives.
• Accomplish growth and value upgradation of the existing dealer network.
• Organize promotional activations and product awareness meets for dealers and contractors.
• Provide timely feedback on market practices and offerings for scheme design input.

Dealer Management

• Track and resolve dealer queries promptly to maintain productive relationships.
• Assist dealers in providing solutions to their contractors and end consumers for any complaints or queries.
• Ensure material availability, services, and promotional tools for dealers through coordination with other stakeholders.

Collections

• Ensure payment collections from dealers as per set benchmarks.
• Monitor outstanding payments regularly and take measures to minimize overdues.

Contractor Management

• Ensure enrollment, point updates, and benefit extension to contractors through dealers, according to the defined loyalty program structure.
• Plan and organize product awareness meets for contractors during new product launches.

Customer Complaint Resolution

• Investigate and resolve dealer-level and customer-level complaints within defined timelines.
