About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Team Member to help design, build, and deploy work management and ERP systems, with a focus on connecting these systems using automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Implementation:
- Design and build ClickUp and Bitrix24 workspaces for end-to-end business operations.
- Implement Odoo across modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and more).
- Develop and customize Odoo applications using Python, XML, and the Odoo ORM.
- Migrate client data from spreadsheets/legacy tools into platforms.
- Document workflows and create SOPs for client handoff.
- Support clients during onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
- Automation & AI:
- Build n8n workflows and AI Agents to connect ClickUp, Bitrix24, and Odoo.
- Handle tasks like inbound queries, data entry, and follow-ups.
- Integrate tools using APIs and webhooks.
- Content Support:
- Research and create content for social media (YT/Instagram/LI).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mandatory Experience: 0-1 years (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Education: BTech, MTech, or BCA + MCA
- Programming Fundamentals: Strong, with Python as a must. JavaScript/Java is a bonus.
- Technical Concepts: Comfortable understanding APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
- Tools: ClickUp, Bitrix24, Odoo, n8n.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solver, independent learner, self-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, responsible, disciplined, curious about business operations.
Qualifications
- Excited to learn ClickUp, Bitrix24, and Odoo.
- Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Bitrix24, or Odoo.
- Exposure to automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Odoo module development experience (personal/academic projects).
