About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Student role based in Indore. The Graduate Student will support AI research and product development by assisting in literature reviews, data collection, and experimental design across Qolaba’s platforms and education-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Documenting findings.
• Contributing to prototypes or proof-of-concept projects.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to translate research insights into practical applications.
• Helping test and refine AI-powered tools used by creators, enterprises, and educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a closely related field at the graduate level.
• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information critically, and summarize findings in clear written and visual formats.
• Comfort with collaborative work in a multidisciplinary environment, including technologists, educators, and creative professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts in a concise, accessible way.
• Demonstrated interest in generative AI, AI infrastructure, or education technology; prior project or internship experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an on-site setting.
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with basic programming or data tools is beneficial.
