Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide regular updates on account activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and other social media interactions.
• Monitor account performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare basic performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, and content strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency, content quality, and timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Kannada speaking is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant social media management experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with content planning, social media trends, and audience engagement.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• A proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience.

Work Details

• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Work Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Work Mode: On-site
