About the Role
The AI Business Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving the strategic integration of AI and LLM-based solutions across Codenixia’s training and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities to use AI for process improvement, learner experience enhancement, and product innovation.
- Translating opportunities into clear business initiatives and roadmaps.
- Collaborating with technical trainers, product teams, and leadership to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Ensuring AI projects align with market needs and organizational goals.
- Analyzing data and performance metrics.
- Overseeing AI-related projects.
- Coordinating with external partners.
- Preparing clear business cases, documentation, and reports.
- Monitoring industry trends in AI, EdTech, and Cloud/DevOps training to inform strategy and maintain competitive relevance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps, and Linux fundamentals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI, LLM-based automation, and applied AI use cases in EdTech or technology training environments.
- Experience in business strategy, product management, or operations management.
- Ability to convert technical capabilities into market-ready offerings.
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and building business cases or ROI models for technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to present complex concepts in a structured, accessible way.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience in EdTech, training programs, or technology consulting is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and professional development.
