This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bathinda for a B Tech CSE Data Analytics position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to support business and technical decision-making.
• Performing data analysis, generating reports and dashboards, and interpreting trends to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements, explain findings, and support data-driven projects.
• Monitoring data systems and supporting data center operations as needed.
• Contributing to ongoing improvements in data processes and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.
• Effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve data-related and basic system issues.
• Clear Communication skills to explain technical concepts and findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Cabling and familiarity with basic hardware connectivity in support of data infrastructure.
• Understanding of Data Center Operations, including monitoring systems, maintaining uptime, and following standard procedures.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or languages (such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R) and basic statistics.
• Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Preferably a B Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with a focus on data analytics.
