About the Role
The Data Analyst Traineeship is a remote program focused on supporting data-driven decision-making for MedTourEasy and its global healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare-related data.
- Assisting in basic data analysis.
- Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Helping with simple data modeling activities.
- Contributing to statistical summaries.
- Documenting analytical processes.
- Communicating findings to team members.
- Collaborating on projects.
- Learning best practices in healthcare analytics under the guidance of senior analysts.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics for interpreting and summarizing data.
- Candidates should possess introductory Data Modeling skills for structuring and analyzing datasets.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for explaining insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or programming languages such as Python or R is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail.
