About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durgapur, focused on managing and supporting refurbished laptop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting and testing laptops.
• Installing and updating software.
• Performing basic repairs or coordinating with technicians.
• Preparing devices for display and sale.
• Assisting customers in-store with product selection.
• Explaining laptop specifications.
• Providing clear information about warranties and after-sales support.
• Maintaining inventory records.
• Updating product listings.
• Supporting overall store organization and cleanliness.
• Collaborating with the store team to improve customer experience and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Basic technical skills related to laptops, such as understanding common hardware components, operating systems, and standard software installations.
• Customer service and communication skills to explain product features clearly, handle questions, and support customers in making informed decisions.
• Organizational and record-keeping abilities for managing inventory, documenting device status, and maintaining accurate store information.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying laptop issues, following troubleshooting steps, and ensuring quality before sale.
• Relevant experience in retail, electronics, or computer service environments is beneficial.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to learn technical procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Additional certifications or training in computer hardware, IT support, or electronics repair are an advantage.
