About the Role
LawSikho is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as a Counselling Trainee in a 100% remote role. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. Experienced sales professionals are not being considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- Engage with decision makers and perform persistent follow-ups to guide prospects through our Courses.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Basic tech comfort.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year.
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch.
- Candidates with a consistent outreach mindset.
Compensation, Perks & Training
- Training Period: 45-90 days (online).
- Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR.
- Post-Training Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month.
- Incentives: Up to ₹30,000.
- Work Environment: 100% remote.
Work Schedule
- Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM (with a 1–2 hr break).
- Weekly Offs: Friday and Saturday (5 days working).
Joining on: October and November, 2026.
