About the Role
Indus Consultants is hiring a Customer Service Associate for a health tech company in Gurugram to support engaging and reliable customer experiences in the health tech industry. Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Book diagnostic appointments and confirm booking details.
- Support patients in arranging diagnostic appointments.
- Coordinate appointment updates with diagnostic centres.
- Follow up with patients and provide clear booking information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
Qualifications
- Freshers only; age 18–25 years.
- Polite, confident, and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Local Gurugram candidates preferred.
Compensation
- ₹25,000 in-hand per month.
- ₹10,000 performance bonus after 8 months.
Work Schedule
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
